Reverse: the whole clip, backwards
Reverse flips the frames so the animation runs from its last moment to its first. The length, the speed and the loop setting stay exactly as they were, so pick it when the backward playback itself is the point: an un-spilled drink, a tutorial step being undone, a reaction that rewinds itself.
Ping-pong: forward, then back again
Ping-pong plays the clip forward, then backward, then repeats. The last frame flows straight back toward the first, so there is no jump at the loop point. It suits backgrounds, product spins and short clips that look choppy when they restart. Expect a file about twice as long and a little larger.
